Do I need prior experience to participate?

You do not need prior experience, whether you are a beginner or an experienced angler we will guarantee a great fishing trip.

Can we bring our own ice cooler?

Small ice coolers are more than welcome. Always remember we have a cooler with some refreshing beverages.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 30% deposit is required to make a reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy 

Guest Cancellations: To avoid any charges or penalties, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter date. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, the deposit will be charged. No-shows or late arrivals, will incur a full charge for the charter. 

Weather Cancellations: If we must cancel the charter due to threatening weather conditions, you will not be charged. The captain will make all decisions regarding weather cancellations, based on hourly weather updates. Given the local and often unpredictable nature of tropical weather, please do not assume the charter will be canceled based on your own weather assessment. If the charter proceeds despite weather concerns and you do not show up, you will be charged as a no-show. If weather or sea conditions need a same-day cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible. However, please be aware that in rare cases, cancellations may occur on the day of the charter due to the unpredictable nature of weather. 

Rescheduling: To reschedule, changes must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled charter date, subject to availability. The same 72-hour notice period applies to all rescheduled reservations, and any changes made within 72 hours of the charter will be subject to the same cancellation policy. 

No-Shows and Late Arrivals: No-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full amount for the charter on the day it is scheduled.
Reservations Made Within 24 Hours: For reservations made within 24 hours of the charter, any no-show or absence of party members will result in a full charge. The same rescheduling policy applies as outlined above. 

Return to Marina Policy: If a client becomes ill and requests to return to the marina, the full price of the tour will still apply. If we return to the marina to drop off an ill passenger and then resume the tour, a $150.00 fuel charge will be incurred. Please note that the tour will conclude at the originally scheduled time. 

Is a fishing license required?

No fishing license is required, our vessel has its commercial fishing permits and licenses.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the trip?

Yes, we offer soft drinks like water and sodas as well as snacks like chips and sandwiches for your trip.
